Everett is responsible for coordinating and managing all project schedules. He works extensively in construction documentation and code research; to ensure that all drawings are quality construction documents that meet or exceed the standards of the Kentucky Building Code.

After serving in the United States Army, Mr. Ballard enrolled in West Kentucky Technical College where he received a degree in Architectural Drafting. Since being hired, he has attained part ownership and has taken on the role as project coordinator.
